To participate in the program, educational institutions must apply the following procedures:

1. Fill in all required data (in English) in the registration form on the website at the following link: www.EBJAS.org
2. Fill out the designated form:

   Print the form and fill in all the required data “manually” in blue color and clear handwriting, then send a “color” scanned copy of it with the following attachments:

   • Official registration document (licence).
   • A copy of the identity card of the owner and the person authorized to manage.
   • Pictures of classrooms and public facilities.
   • The logo of the educational institution (the logo).
   • Receipt for payment of subscription fees and accreditation certificate issuance fees to the e-mail: accreditation@EBJAS.org
3. Payment of the subscription fee:

   Educational institutions may participate in the program for up to (5) consecutive years instead of one year, by paying the subscription fees for the required period and obtaining prior approval from the General Administration for Private Training according to the method of payment proposed by the Independent American Accreditation Commission for Continuing Education.

4. Issuance of accreditation certificate:

   The accreditation certificate is issued to the educational institution after completing the previous requirements, which qualifies it to benefit from all the services provided by the Authority and to start requesting the issuance of certificates for its students, using student data registration forms after payment of certificate issuance and shipment fees.
